So we are training for a 5k... here's one in Knoxville on Dec 13. We should be ready by then... you are not required to run the whole way (or even at all.) Anybody in?

Wasn't sure if you were still planning on doing this or not. I have plans on the 13th so I can't do it. Let me know about another 5k date. Thanks Ames
