Thanksgiving schedule

Hello everyone,

Since Thursday is Thanksgiving we are just going to workout Mon-Wed this week.

LUNCH
Monday- walking/jogging intervals
Tuesday-total body circuit
Wednesday- walking/jogging intervals

EVENING
Monday- total body circuit
Tuesday- Karate

If you come to all the workouts this week... I will give you a free LIFT tee shirt. The holidays are a busy time... but if you keep active it will help fight off those extra holiday pounds.
