Schedule

Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving! For December we are going back to 3 classes at lunch and we still only have 2 classes in the evening. Here's the schedule for next week...

LUNCH
Mon- train for 5k
Tues- total body strength workout
Thurs-train for 5k

EVENING
Mon-train for 5k
Tues-karate

SATURDAY
TBA
