9th 5k workout
Walk 5 min at a moderate pace to warm up. Walk fast 1 min; jog 12 min. Tired? Slow down. Walk for 1 min; jog for 12. Stroll for 5 min to cool down. You made it 36 min! Susyn Davis is my hero, she never stops!!
