Schedule

Hey guys,

Looks too cold again for me to workout outside on Saturday... meet me at the church at 7:30 for a cardio workout.

Next week our schedule looks like this.

LUNCH
Mon- upper body strength training
Tues-train for 5k
Thurs-lower body strength training

SAT MORNING -TBA times and locations will alternate check here or contact me each week (200-0089)

EVENING CLASSES
Mon-Total body strength training
Tues-Martial arts
