Quick Total Body Workout

Hey guys,

December is a busy time... but don't quit working out. If you can't get to class, try this workout at home. It can be done in around 20 minutes and gets your whole body. Do it one to three times a week (on non-consecutive days) and you won't go backwards during the Christmas season. (As long as you don't eat TOO much!)
